Healthy Food Stock


Students often buy food to be stored as food stocks in college. But, the food usually is an unhealthy snack and junk food such as chips, sweet or others. This can affect their health as junk food can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease or other health condition. In addition, this can be a problem for a student daily activity as it's also not good for the brain. Actually, there is a method to keep a balance diet by having a healthy food stock that can be kept for a long or short period of time without a fridge such as:

1) Nuts or dried fruits

2) Fruits such as apple, banana, plum or avocado

3) Citrus fruit such as orange or grapefruits

4) Avocados

5) Oats

6) Bread

7) Butter

8) Peanut Butter, Jam or Nutella

9) Cereal

10) Pickles

11) Honey

12) Canned Tuna

13) Black pepper

14) Olive Oil

15) Vegetables such as tomatoes, basil, onion, pepper, cucumber or cabbage

16) Sauce

Yes, university students do eat outside such as cafeteria and others, but they don't usually go there every time if they are hungry right? How about a breakfast? Most students don't have time to go in the cafeteria as they need to be ready for a class. So, to keep it simple, university students should keep a food stock, but healthy and filling for everyday meals. There is a recipe that can be made by only having a food stock listed.
